Master Sergey Kutasov, President of the Russian Chinese Kuoshu Association will be hosting the International Festival of Chinese Kuoshu and Tournament in Rostov on Don, Russia. Governance and Policy


The European Chinese Kuoshu Association (ECKA) is the Europe Sub-Association of the International Chinese Kuoshu Federation (ICKF); and is the offical govering body for Chinese Kuoshu, in Europe, under the auspices of the ICKF. The Executive Board are responsible for the achievement and delivery of the Aims and Objectives of the ECKA. The ECKA governing instrument is the Constitution of the ECKA, which is also supported by the Policy Statements.

Membership


The ECKA membership extends to all European States and Regions. The Terms and Conditions of Membership establish one representative for each European State or Regions. Associate membership is also available to organisations outside Europe by Joint Council agreement. Membership and Other Payments.

Tournaments and Events


The ECKA organise International seminars and events within European States and Regions in association with the national Chinese Kuoshu Associations. The events are organised in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the ICKF.

The ECKA maintain Register of Officials (Europe) who are qualified to referee and judge at interational events. The ECKA also maintain records of Official Results.

Under the Presidency of Master Antonio Langiano, the ECKA has significantly increased its membership over four years and currently has twenty one (21) members from European States and Regions.
