The Russian Chinese Kuoshu Association (RCKA) will host the Russian Open International Chinese Kuoshu Championships, in Rostov on Don, from Thursday 17 to Sunday 20 May, 2012.

The RCKA will support all participants to complete necessary documentation to enter Russia. The RCKA guarantees accommodation, meals, and medical insurance for participants based on teams of 10 people.

Preliminary application to participate in the competition rea required by 10 February 2012. This is required to secure accommodation at the hotel and for planning purposes. It is very important that the hotel is booked in order to secure visas.

There is also an official questionnaire to complete which is required by the Russian government. This will require extra work and additional funding but will make securing the visas a little easier.

Questionnaires for all participants must be completed and returned by e-mail by 10 February 2012. Please do not delay!
