The ICKF will arrange board and lodging for participant during the period 23 to 24 August, 2012. Each Referee delegate is expected to pay for their own flight arrangements.
One delegate per country will be accomodated. Numbers in excess will need to make their own accomodation arrangements.
Accompanying members who would like the Organising Committee to arrange their accommodation and food should pay US $70 (double room) per person per day or US $90 (single room) per person per day.

Seminar Description
This seminar is to learn and apply the rules of Chinese Kuoshu as approved by the ICKF. It is strongly recommended that each nation ensures that their national referees when appropriately experienced are qualified under the ICKF Referee Training Programme.
Pre-requisites
Each Referee delegate must have a letter of recommendation from their national association; and should bring a recent colour passport size photograph for the certificate.
Examination
Participants who pass the final examination will be licensed and certificates provided. After licensing each referee may be invited to participate in the International Chinese Kuoshu Tournament, in 2013, at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
Certification Details
The duration of referee certificate is 4 years. Referee who is licensed needs to take re-train in seminar which is at least the same class he/she certificated to extend the duration 3 months before the certificate expires. If not, the certificate will be considered as out of date automatically.

In order to improve the efficiency of communication, the ICKF are planning to inform members of future events by e-mail. All members are requested to submit their e-mail contact details to the ICKF in order to receive offical correspondence, if they have not already done so.
The ICKF would appreciate to be informed delegate plans to attend the General Assembly before 15 July 2012 in order to make accommodation arrangements.
